Built around one machine

FreshLine Industrial Washers LLC was founded in 2026 to design and build commercial and industrial washer-extractors for laundries that run on site.

§ 07.1Why we exist

Hotels, hospitals, fire stations, and plants wash enormous amounts of textiles on their own premises. The washer-extractor at the center of that work deserves the same engineering attention as any other industrial machine.

FreshLine was started to design washer-extractors around the numbers that decide a laundry's cost and quality: pounds per hour, G-force, water per pound, time at temperature, and the hours a machine spends running instead of waiting for service.

We are a new company. We do not have a long list of installations to point to yet, so we explain our reasoning instead, with formulas and sources on the page. If something here does not match your experience, tell us.

§ 07.2How we work

Five working rules.

How we approach every conversation about a laundry.

  1. R-01

    Start from the laundry's numbers

Pounds per day, hours, goods, and soil come before any talk of machines. The planner on this site is where we start too.

  2. R-02

    Explain the trade-offs

Soft-mount or hard-mount, one large machine or two smaller ones: each choice has costs, and we say what they are.

  3. R-03

    Put it in writing

Sizing assumptions, utility requirements, and formulas go into email and documents, not just conversations.

  4. R-04

Plan for service on day one

Clearances, access, and a maintenance schedule are part of the plan before the machine arrives.

  5. R-05

    Follow the standards

Codes, NFPA guidance for turnout gear, and CDC guidance for healthcare laundry set the floor. We design and advise above it.

§ 07.3What we make

Soft-mount washer-extractors

Suspended machines for laundries without a foundation, built for high extraction.

Equipment, EQ-01

Hard-mount washer-extractors

Anchored machines for ground-level industrial and uniform laundries.

Equipment, EQ-02

Barrier washers and controls

Pass-through machines for separated laundries, and controls that integrate chemical dosing.

Equipment, EQ-03 and EQ-04

Talk to us early.

The best time to ask about a washer-extractor is before the room is built. Send the plans, the pounds, and the questions.
